LED Screens
What Size LED Screen Do I Need for My Event?

Screen size is decided by two things: how far away your furthest guest sits, and what you are putting on the screen. Get those right and everything else follows.
Viewing distance
A rough working rule is that the furthest viewer should not be more than about six times the screen height away. If the back row is 30 metres from the stage, you are looking at a screen roughly five metres tall — or a second screen closer to the back of the room.
Content matters
- Dense slides and spreadsheets need a bigger screen and a finer pixel pitch.
- Live camera feed and video are forgiving and read well from further away.
- Branded loops and motion graphics work on almost any size.
Indoor versus outdoor
Outdoor screens need higher brightness to stay readable in daylight, plus weather protection and heavier ground support. An indoor panel used outdoors in Nairobi sunshine will simply wash out.
Tell us the venue
Share the venue, the audience size and what you plan to show, and we will recommend a screen size and configuration rather than selling you the biggest wall we own.
